This program gives you the knowledge to really understand what is happening to your hormones and the resulting changes. Gives you the tools, support and accountability to regain control of your mind, body, weight & life. Allowing you to see that menopause is not the end! 

You will learn how to work with your body, that you do have choices and control whilst being able to live a successful, happy, healthy future and the old you still exists, your hormones do not dictate your future, you do!

This transformative approach cuts through the noise, provides evidence-based education, compassionate coaching to address the physical and emotional impact and help you regain your self-identity to take control.

You will launch into your tailored program that is aligned with your core values, goals but also fits with your lifestyle and commitments.

By the end of our time together, you'll not only reclaim body acceptance, confidence and control but also embed positive habits, resulting in a future that’s enriched with your newfound strength, purpose and free from diet culture.

The Support:

We’ll connect in 1-2-1 Zoom sessions, this is your safe space where I’ll be there to explore and challenge your current beliefs around body image, menopause, nutrition, and exercise. I’ll keep you accountable while also guiding and supporting and always cheering you on. Between sessions, you’ll have tasks to complete to support your journey and have access to a library of evidence based resources.

Throughout your journey, you’ll become part of the Community, connecting with others who are on this journey with you.
