nutritionist, MENOPAUSE & transformation coach?

It’s a long story …

At 42 I was diagnosed with Early Menopause (menopause before 45). I first realised I was experiencing perimenopausal symptoms six years before and wanted to make sure that I was as healthy as possible to meet them head on. Easier said than done when there just wasn’t much help or advice around. Devouring anything I could find on the subject, I studied to be a Personal Trainer, and then a Certified Menopause Coach. Nutrition plays a huge part in health so the missing piece was my Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science & proud to have graduated with a distinction as a MNU Certified Nutritionist - Cat Jewitt MN.Nutr

I coach women throughout all stages of their lives to achieve their health goals. I’m so privileged to be able to use my expertise to equip women with the tools to live healthier, stronger lives. I have a wealth of experience coaching clients facing health challenges such as surgical menopause, early menopause, breast-cancer rehabilitation, PCOS using my evidence based knowledge of womens health, nutrition and training.

I’m so glad you’ve started your journey to happiness and health.

corporate menopause workshops

  • 6 in 10 menopausal women say their symptoms have had a negative impact on their work

  • 8 out of 10 women say their employer hasn’t shared information, trained staff or put in place a menopause absence policy

My corporate workshops help organisations to understand the impact menopause has on the ability of women to work and to ensure that their workplace is a safe, happy and healthy environment for their employees.

Cat delivered staff and manager sessions to raise awareness of Menopause in the workplace. Cat’s approach was engaging and captivating, stimulating discussion across Sport Wales. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. We now have a practical and much better understanding of the direction we need to take and the necessary work in this area and will be working with Cat to create workplace menopause champions.”

- Brian Davies, CEO, Sport Wales

“Passionate and compassionate, Cat is supportive but motivated in such a measured way. approaches everything with pragmatism but honesty and integrity. these last four weeks with her have been a pleasure and i’ve finally found someone who holds me to account in a way i’m able to relate and respond to. cat knows massive amounts of information that she shares to enhance my development, keep me interested, motivated, but also always linking to reality and building on the foundations i already have. thanks cat, lucky to have found you”
